Pre-Market 8/24/05

Good morning.

Overseas markets were down and U.S. futures are lower all morning. Durable goods came out much lower than expected which is pressuring the market. This report is comming on the heels of prior strong durable reports so the effects are likely to be absorbed by the market . Furthermore, the durable goods report is known to be volatile.

We will be looking for the market to hold recent support around nasdaq 2129. As long as our positions continue to show good relative strength and the market internals do not errode, we plan on maintaining our neutral position in the market.

Lets get ready to rumble.....
